Woking Golf Club has long been a destination for the discerning golfer, widely recognised as a seminal example of strategic heathland architecture. We are delighted to share our historic course with visitors throughout the year, offering a test of golf that is as intellectually stimulating as it is visually stunning.
Visitor play is carefully managed to preserve the unhurried pace of the game, with specific days dedicated to traditional two-ball play and others open to three and four-ball groups. However, a visit to Woking extends far beyond the eighteen holes. The distinctive pavilion clubhouse, with its commanding views across the heath, provides a sanctuary of calm, where excellent food and drink are served with the same understated quality that defines the course.
Whether it is your first visit to the heath or a return to a favourite haunt, you can expect a warm reception and a day of golf played exactly as it should be.
Green Fees & Format of Play
Woking is principally a 2 ball club with Monday, Wednesday and Thursday being our 2 ball/foursomes only days. 4 ball play is possible on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Visitor play on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday is after 09:12. Please contact the office team on 01483 760053 option 1 or email teebookings@wokinggolfclub.co.uk to book a 2 ball or foursome on these days.
On Tuesday and Friday two visitor blocks are assigned with one generally late morning and the other early afternoon. A maximum of 6 visitor tee times are available on Tuesday and Friday. These can be booked online via the link below.

- All online bookings on Tuesday and Friday are for 4 ball play and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Green fees and are non-refundable and 72 hours notice needs to be given if you cannot make your booking. An alternative date will then be found with all monies transferred to the new date.
- Gentlemen should have a handicap index of 24.0 or better and Ladies 28.0 or better.
- We reserve the right to move tee times by up to 30 minutes to facilitate the efficient management of the tee sheet and enhance your day. Any such changes will be of course communicated to you in advance.
- Day rates are available on request for 2 ball/foursomes days only.

SOCIETIES & GROUPS
Woking has long been something of a second home to many golfing societies and corporate groups. Each year, the Club makes more than one hundred days available for visiting play, and it is a pleasure to welcome many of the most established societies in the country, alongside a number of successful charity and corporate golf days.
Group golf is welcomed from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and we are happy to accommodate parties ranging in size from twelve to eighty players. While it is the quality and character of the course that bring most visitors through our gates, many soon discover that the wider experience is just as memorable. The pavilion-style clubhouse, the veranda overlooking the 14th green, and the simple pleasure of an unhurried lunch or post-round drink all form part of what makes a day at Woking distinctive.
Whether your group visits once or returns year after year, you will find a club that values tradition, but takes equal pride in being a gracious and attentive host.
