The second and final par-5 demands an accurate drive, with heather to the left and a ditch to the right guarding the rarely used driving range – most members preferring to warm up in the bar. Once safely navigated, the hole finishes at another green of real theatre, a surface so full of character that you could happily putt around it for hours without tiring.
