OPERATING TIMES THAT WILL DETERMINE YOUR DAY
- The Clubhouse will open at 8.15am. Please inform your members accordingly
- Coffee and bacon rolls, will be available from 8.30am
- Tee times will have been allocated for the day. It is very important that these timings are adhered to
- Formal Lunch in the Dining Room is served generally between 12.30pm and 2.30pm
- Sandwiches, if booked, are available in the Members' Lounge or on the Veranda
- Last drinks are served at sunset but no later than 7.00pm unless by prior arrangement
- The Clubhouse closes around 7.30pm
- It is possible to vary the above timings in winter, but only by prior arrangement with the Secretary
SECURITY
- Please ensure that your members and guests are reminded of the need to ensure that their golf clubs are secured in their vehicles between rounds and that they do not leave valuables and wallets in the locker room.
- Please note that all doors leading into the Clubhouse have access codes. To gain entry, please press the appropriate button next to the keypad by each door to speak to a member of staff. When you wish to leave the car park at the end of your visit, you will also need to press the button on the keypad near the gate to speak to a member of staff, as the gate will NOT automatically open.
GOLF ARRANGEMENTS
- Your tee off times will have been confirmed on your booking return. The Club reserves the right to alter this at any time.
- You are to play from the tees specified on your booking return. This can only be changed by prior arrangement with The Secretary.
- Society Tees are the Yellow markers, unless otherwise arranged
- You should be aware that if, for whatever reason, you miss your tee times, The Club reserves the right to re-allocate your times.
FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS
- You should agree your final account at the culmination of the day with the Steward.
- The basic rate for your visit is contained in the confirmation return and unless otherwise agreed, the Club reserves the right to charge accordingly.
- The basic tariff quoted includes morning coffee, luncheon, green fees, a staff gratuity and VAT at the current standard rate, unless otherwise stated.
- Accounts that are not paid on the day must be settled within 30 days - failing this interest may be charged
You may settle your account by BACS payment to our bank. This should be arranged with the Secretary's Office
CATERING ARRANGEMENTS
- The normal package price does not include Bacon Rolls.
- If you have special dietary requirements, please inform the Secretary as soon as possible.
- Societies booked during periods when the dining room is closed and who are eating in the Members' Bar will be able to choose from the snack menu.
DRESS CODES
- Please note that a jacket and tie are required if taking lunch in the Dining Room. Smart clean casual golfing wear is permitted in the Member's Lounge.
- Tailored shorts are permitted with short white socks.
- Trainers, jeans, sleeveless shirts, rugby shirts, cargo shorts and trousers with pockets on the outside are not appropriate forms of dress.
- Mobile phones are absolutely forbidden on the Golf Course and in the Clubhouse (If you must use them please do so in your car or car park)
DOGS
- Please note that visitors are not allowed to bring dogs onto the course.
GOLF BUGGIES
- The Professional has a very limited number of golf buggies which may be pre-booked on 01483 769582
- Personal/ Privately owned buggies are NOT permitted
